REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your order! We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with timeless, regal and distinctive greetings. Please note returns/refunds are not allowed on digital products (eCards, ePostcards, electronic invitations), as there is no way to recall or return digital products once sent . Also, refunds/returns are not allowed on custom items. Custom orders may be canceled within two (2) hours of purchase. Afterwards, all sales are final. Non-custom items may be returned for a refund within seven (7) days of delivery.
